Customer Success Manager Opportunity
Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with our products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and CRM software, as well as a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. You should be able to partner with customers to understand their strategic requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer portfolios and ensure maximum satisfaction and success
* Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Collect feedback on the product and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Native Portuguese level and proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
* Great knowledge of English
* Passion for teaching and positive attitude towards challenges
* Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers
* Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality
* Availability to travel occasionally
