Marketing Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts with budgets ranging from $5k to $50k per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Google Ads based on HubSpot data to optimize campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
2. Launch and iterate experiments weekly, including ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
3. Map lead-to-SQL-to-Revenue and surface relevant keywords and winning campaigns.
4. Present insights that kill waste and scale winners.
5. Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management for B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record).
* Fluency in HubSpot (or similar) and Google Tag Manager.
* Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo, proactive, and zero hand-holding required.
* Copy chops that turn complex SaaS value props into irresistible search ads.
* Independent thinker and expert-level communication with clients.
