QUALIFICATIONS
* +5 years of sales experience, ideally in the beauty care industry.
* Sales, commercial, or trade marketing background.
* Strong knowledge of omnichannel & distributor management.
* Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Resilient and able to manage frustration.
* Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
* P&L management experience.
* Proficiency in Windows packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
