Key Responsibilities:
 * Collect and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
 * Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
 * Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
 * Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
 * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare training materials for end-users.
 * Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood.
Requirements:
 * Proven knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT)
 * Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagramming skills
 * Experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
 * Basic programming/scripting skills (Apex, SOQL) are advantageous
