We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead sales growth across LATAM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional food & beverage industries.

This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster senior-level connections with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively presenting nutraceutical ingredients and articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across LATAM, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.


Responsibilities

* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).


Requirements

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
