**POSITION & OBJECTIVES**:
- Lead the full LIMS implementation project lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the LIMS project while meeting the functional requirements and quality standards
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to align expectations and obtain buy in
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Identify potential risks and issues related to LIMS deployment and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders
- Facilitate regular project meetings, maintain documentation and follow up on actions to maintain momentum.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Coordinate management of resources and tasks to ensure availability/continuity of all logistics, materials and technologies necessary as defined by scope-of-services.
- Prepare, conduct and document lessons learned activities as a handover of project results for documentation.
**Qualifications**
Experience: 5+ years experience in Project management preferably with LIMS implementation
Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field.
