A Wabtec e Super Metal estão em busca de um estagiário (a) para compor o time de Recursos Humanos, que terá uma formação generalista, com aprendizado em processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento. Além de participar de Projetos Multifuncionais e de se desenvolver em metodologias de produtividade.
Como você irá fazer a diferença?
Como estagiário da equipe de RH, você será apoio para realizar soluções recrutamento e seleção, desenvolvimento de empregados, eventos voltados a diversidade, inclusão e cultura.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
* Graduação em curso em Psicologia, Administração. Gestão de RH e áreas afins.
* Boa comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
* Compreensão de inglês. Escrita e leitura, intermediário.
Como será o seu dia a dia?
* Apoio a todo processo de recrutamento e seleção de fábrica (agendamento de entrevistas, contato com empresa parceira, contato com candidatos. Etc).
* Apoio na realização de treinamentos e cursos para funcionários.
* Apoio na organização e realização de eventos voltados para funcionários.
* Atendimento a funcionários para dúvidas.
* Onboarding de novos funcionários.
