* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across Latin America, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Requirements:
* Candidates will need strong sales skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products.
* A background in sales or a related field is preferred.
* Fluency in English and/or Spanish is required.
