About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Junior Project Manager to support our research projects from kick-off through delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans that meet client requirements and timelines. Track budgets, costs, and timelines using various tools. Guide and support team members to keep tasks on track and aligned with study objectives. Monitor study execution to ensure research protocols are followed and high-quality data is collected. Collaborate with the Panel Management team to confirm recruitment goals and monitor participant progress. Document best practices and template materials to streamline future projects. Log bugs or technical issues and escalate to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success supporting multi-phase projects or studies. Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, Asana, or other project-management tools. Exposure to user-experience research, market research, or technical product teams. Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or help content. Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
