Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care (phone, email, WhatsApp)
* Perform both inbound and outbound sales
* Promote services through social media and messaging
* Create quotes and manage leads in our CRM system
* Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
* Collaborate with marketing to enhance communication strategies
* Analyze performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
* Fluent English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
* Experience in sales and customer service is a plus
* Comfortable with tech tools (Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp Web, social media)
* Organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator
