System Safety Engineer Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing safety-related systems for modern vehicle propulsion systems.
This includes ensuring that electronic controls meet safety and emissions requirements, while delivering the expected vehicle performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, as well as experience working with ISO 26262:2018 standards for automotive functional safety.
A system safety engineer must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
