Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Customer Relationship Specialist with a focus on Digital Marketing. The role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing superior support. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers to understand their needs, analyzing feedback to improve services, and collaborating on initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including analyzing customer feedback and service performance
* Experience in Customer Service and maintaining positive client relationships
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
* Experience in Digital Marketing agencies is a plus
* Knowledge of SEM, SEO, GEO, Social Media marketing is a requirement
* Hands-on experience with AI tools is a requirement
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
