Job Description:
We seek an experienced Blockchain Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software engineering team. Responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of software engineers
* Fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
* Supporting career growth, performance management, and professional development
* Participating in recruiting, onboarding, and building a diverse team
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role. Familiarity with blockchains, DeFi trading, and modern software development practices is preferred.
