About Role We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to support sales across our three core brands— Schumacher, Patterson Flynn, and Backdrop. In this role, you will partner closely with the Account Executive to nurture client relationships, manage accounts, and support sales efforts both in the showroom and out in the field. Your primary focus is to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, strategic account management, and exceptional client service. You’ll help ensure designers feel supported, inspired, and confident as they include our products in their projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, communicates clearly, and consistently goes above and beyond for clients and teammates. You will report to the Regional Director and work as part of a team dedicated to offering high-end, beautifully crafted products while elevating the customer experience. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Proactive Sales & Lead Conversion: Conduct high-volume outreach to generate interest, engage with prospects, and convert leads into sales through calls, emails, and other communications. Collaborative Sales Planning: Work hand-in-hand with the Account Executive to develop a monthly “plan of attack,” prioritizing clients and territories, setting KPIs, and strategizing how to hit sales goals. Efficient Sales Funnel Management: Ensure timely processing of sample deliveries, quotes, and order placements to meet client needs quickly and effectively. Strategic Problem-Solving: Offer creative and strategic solutions to help clients overcome any obstacles to purchase and provide support when challenges arise. Cross-Department Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to solve problems and offer comprehensive solutions for clients. Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of our product offerings to best serve clients and offer tailored recommendations. REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in a home furnishings/interior design sales role or similar field. Proficiency in MS Windows, Office Suite and Mac OS. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion for interior design, textiles, and furnishings. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
