Mobile Developer Job Description
SAP Mobile Developers design, develop, and maintain front-end application features for cross-platform mobile SAP Service and Asset Manager.
* Develop features using standard SAP technology such as SAP BTP Mobile Services, SAP Mobile Development Kit, JavaScript, TypeScript, Visual Studio Code, Xcode, Android Studio, ilodata, SQL, Ultralite DB, Appium, Java, SAP Business Application Studio, Github, CI/CD with Hyperspace Fastlane, OData Services, SAP Gateway, S/4HANA system, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Design and Development
* Create high-performance and responsive frontend features
* Collaboration
* Work with product managers to clarify customer problems and feature requirements
* Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines
* Testing and Quality Assurance
* Perform end-to-end testing and validate developed features against S/4HANA system
* Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation testing scripts for developed features
* Communication and Documentation
* Provide sufficient documentation on features developed
* Maintain communication and documentation in English
* Customer Support
* Investigate and resolve assigned customer incidents from ServiceNow within standard SLA based on criticality of the customer incident
* Create necessary JIRA issues for tracking and SAP Note to provide resolution and fixes
