Responsibilities
An A0alyzing Data & Monitoring Progress: You\u2019ll identify key performance indicators, assess how products and campaigns are doing and uncover valuable insights.
Tackling Challenges & Setting Direction: You\u2019ll use data and logical thinking to solve complicated problems and decide which initiatives are most important, setting clear deadlines for them.
Leading Projects & Working with Others: You\u2019ll head up projects that involve various departments, establish objectives, and manage relationships with people at all levels and in different locations.
Driving Growth & Taking Charge: You\u2019ll be responsible for expanding our category in Brazil, proactively addressing issues, and ensuring top-notch service.
Engaging Users: You\u2019ll team up with operation to run campaigns designed to increase product adoption, user engagement and loyalty.
Managing Partner Ecosystem Relationships: You\u2019ll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of partners, ensuring alignment on goals and fostering collaborative projects to drive mutual success.
Qualifications
At least five years of professional experience in areas such as strategic planning, business operations, managing projects and e-commerce.
A strong undergraduate degree, ideally in engineering, marketing or business-related fields.
Exceptional skills in communication, presentations, and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions.
A deep grasp of business fundamentals and the capacity to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), linking them directly to their influence on daily operations and long-term strategy.
Demonstrated competence in overseeing projects and effectively coordinating work across diverse teams.
The ability to confidently juggle multiple priorities and thrive autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
Fluent in English.
Previous experience or a genuine passion on ecommerce, business growth and project management showing dedication, commitment and resilience in scaling a new project.
