The role of a Sales Analyst & Data Governance expert is crucial in providing insight and analytical support for key business decisions within sales, marketing, finance, and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of the CRM system involves data integrity, customization, reporting, data extraction, onboarding/training, and troubleshooting.
* Support projects, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting related to sales and marketing, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, segmentation, and account assignments.
* Partner closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive and inform the development of data-driven pipeline management.
* Analyze systems, collect feedback, and propose and execute system enhancements.
A successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, numerical reasoning skills, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and a passion for data governance.
This role is integral to effective strategic collaboration with sales and finance teams. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate data and findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher.
* 3-5 years in a combination of Analytics, Operations, Sales, or Finance roles.
* 3 years of experience working with SFDC CRM system configuration or implementation.
* Strong financial acumen and numerical reasoning skills.
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, simple macros, etc.).
* Passion for data governance to protect data sources for accurate reporting.
