We are looking for a Marketing Leader to drive our brand growth, lead content strategy, and execute high-performance campaigns with a strong focus on results and scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute marketing strategies focused on growth and performance
• Create and oversee visual content (images and videos) aligned with brand positioning
• Develop video scripts and manage editing processes
• Plan, write, and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Use Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) for content creation
• Work within the Microsoft ecosystem for reporting, planning, and organization
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals
Ideal Profile:
Strong experience in content creation (images and videos)
Skilled in video editing and scriptwriting
Excellent writing skills for email marketing
Proficient in Adobe tools and Microsoft ecosystem
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Proactive, organized, and highly accountable
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or RD Station
Knowledge of workflows and marketing automation
Experience in audience segmentation and email broadcasting
Familiarity with building funnels and customer journeys
