Purpose of the Position
This position will lead and coordinate strategic technology initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment, ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, operational stability, risk visibility, and stakeholder alignment. The role acts as a bridge between business, technology, vendors, and global leadership teams, supporting both local operational demands and broader corporate standards driven by an international organizational structure.
The professional will operate in a complex enterprise environment where legacy platforms, modern systems, regulatory requirements, and operational dependencies coexist simultaneously. Main Challenges and Assignments
* Lead complex cross-functional IT projects within a highly regulated financial services environment, balancing delivery timelines with compliance, security controls, and operational stability.
* Coordinate initiatives involving legacy systems, infrastructure dependencies, internal applications, vendors, and SaaS platforms, ensuring proper governance and dependency management.
* Manage projects impacted by regulatory, audit, risk, and security requirements, adapting plans and priorities when operational or compliance-related changes occur.
* Act as a central coordination point between local and international stakeholders, providing executive-level visibility, structured communication, and clear risk escalation.
* Support incident and crisis management scenarios, helping leadership understand business impact, coordinate communication, and maintain governance during critical situations.

Experience and Professional Qualifications
* Strong experience managing IT Projects or Technology Programs within banks, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
* Proven background in Project Governance, PMO, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
* Experience working in environments with regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and security controls.
* Solid understanding of complex enterprise technology environments, including legacy systems, integrations, infrastructure, and vendor coordination.
* Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global teams and leadership, capable of communicating effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
