Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Supervision and coordination of the external sales team.
* Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets.
* Monitoring team performance and providing training and feedback.
* Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
* Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
* Analyzing sales data and preparing reports.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
* Experience in external sales, preferably in the food sector, with RCAs or CLTs teams.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and sales data analysis.
* Driver's license category B.
* Work location: Viamão, RS
