Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Cutover Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in our organization.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About This Role
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in SAP technical implementation, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
* Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects, including technical landscape readiness, build configuration, and deployment.
* Strong technical knowledge of SAP systems, including data integration, security, and user experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Detailed understanding of Microsoft Azure and RISE private cloud solutions.
