Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain equipment operability at a satisfactory level, adhering to maintenance procedures and ensuring team alignment with company policies and objectives.
* Oversee maintenance team activities, providing necessary support and conditions for operation execution, guiding and supervising maintenance services at the base and in the field when required.
* Support system updates of the maintenance database, including equipment numbers, locations, and other relevant information.
* Promptly escalate issues that can impact service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical degree in a related field.
* Interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.
* Analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
* Experience motivating teams.
* Fluency in English (preferable) and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
