Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting the structured use of crypto payments and digital assets in real business and consulting environments. You will help ensure that digital asset usage is reliable, well‑documented, and scalable across international workflows.
This position does not involve trading, investment advice, portfolio management, or speculative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support and monitor crypto and stablecoin payment flows for international use cases
Assist with adoption of digital asset payment solutions across projects and clients
Coordinate onboarding and internal support related to crypto‑based payments
Track operational issues related to transactions, settlements, and confirmations
Maintain documentation and internal guidelines for digital asset usage
Collaborate with consulting, operations, and finance teams on payment workflows
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in crypto payments, stablecoins, fintech, or digital finance
Practical understanding of cross‑border crypto payments and settlement processes
Familiarity with wallets, transfers, and blockchain transaction basics
Comfortable working with dashboards, trackers, and operational summaries
Independent, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
Portuguese required; English is a strong plus

Base Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 USD gross per year
Token Allocation: Performance-based, discretionary
