We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and presenting quality technology candidates to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Evaluate and assess the technical skills of candidates through in-depth interviews and assessments.
* Source and shortlist prospective candidates, preparing them for presentation to clients.
* Collaborate with other recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.
* Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean equations, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in IT recruitment.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written), as well as strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
