Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Growth Manager to spearhead sales expansion in the Spanish-speaking LATAM region. Primary target markets include Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pursue new business opportunities with prominent iGaming operators across key LATAM markets
* Nurture and optimize aggregator relationships for enhanced content visibility
* Closely monitor and analyze regional regulatory developments for compliance
* Offer strategic guidance on market-specific requirements for successful product launches
* Represent the organization at events and during in-person client meetings
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in iGaming sales is preferred, preferably with a game provider or aggregator
* A strong professional network within LATAM operators is essential
* In-depth knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles is required
* Familiarity with regional compliance frameworks is necessary
* Fluent proficiency in Spanish with excellent English skills is mandatory
* Candidates with a background in account management may also be considered
* Preferred location: LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile
