Main Responsibilities:
* Own and manage a portfolio of key client relationships
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service
* D drive revenue growth, diversification, and retention aligned with client business objectives
* Evaluate and enhance customer satisfaction and value realization throughout the engagement lifecycle
Key Performance Indicators
* Onboard and implement new client engagements
* Cross-sell and upsell opportunities to existing clients
* Monitor client health, utilization, and risk metrics
* Predict and mitigate potential churn risks
