Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement and increase lifetime value across email, SMS, loyalty, and review channels. This role is ideal for someone highly analytical and hands-on, with deep experience in retention marketing and retention tools.
This specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that keep customers coming back—while ensuring every touchpoint is strategic, measurable, and aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage email and SMS campaigns, flows, and transactional messages across various platforms.
* Develop lifecycle strategies for welcome series, winback, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and VIP journeys.
* Implement loyalty and rewards strategies using Smile.io to increase repeat purchases.
* Align retention efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
