This role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in genetics and biotechnology to drive business growth.
We are seeking a talented Biotech Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
 * Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
 * Conduct sales meetings and presentations using our training materials to explain products and services.
 * Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish when applicable, assuring strong verbal and written communication.
 * Present professionally on video calls, maintaining an appropriate background appearance and demeanor.
 * Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients.
 * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
 * Respond promptly to client inquiries and diligently follow up to move opportunities forward.
 * Conduct outreach via phone and email as well as respond to inbound calls.
 * Built relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, including Mexico, Argentina, and Peru.
Required Qualifications
 * Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech clinics, labs, or related industries.
 * Educational background in biology or medical fields is a plus.
 * Strong organizational skills, track discussions, manage follow-ups, prioritize effectively.
 * Familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions, strongly preferred.
 * Advanced English proficiency, clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and the ability to present confidently.
