Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical BIM Team Lead to oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of electrical BIM models across all project stages. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery, as well as strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and lead the development, coordination, and delivery of electrical BIM models
2. Manage and guide the electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship
3. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables
4. Conduct regular model audits, data checks, and quality control reviews to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical BIM deliverables
5. Prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation, including model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations
