* Proven track record with inbound lead management and outbound sales
* Experience selling to Fortune 500 clients
* Fluent English and Portuguese
* Comfortable with high-ticket sales (R$30K+ MRR minimum)
* CRM tool experience and sales automation
* Strong team player mentality essential for startup success
