Visual Creative Strategist Role Overview
We're seeking a talented Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through innovative, emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling – the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy.
* You'll collaborate with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate insights into compelling hooks and storyboards; select music, pacing, and shot lists that convey the message.
* Develop concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage creators.
* Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests; analyze performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate quickly.
* Repurpose successful campaigns into static assets.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of creating video ads that convert.
* A strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable working with data: able to read a dashboard and make informed decisions.
* Experience with UGC and short-form paid social advertising (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear communication, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership approach.
