* Lead the SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution, defect management, and reporting.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles.
* Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
* Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
Requirements:
To succeed as an SAP Data Assurance Manager, you must possess:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
The following skills are highly desirable:
* Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
* Knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
