Scrum Master – Fully Remote
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our software and network development teams. You will be responsible for guiding teams in agile principles and practices, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
* Coach team members in agile practices and Scrum values to ensure consistent application.
* Foster collaboration between developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders.
* Promote transparency and effective communication within and across teams.
* Facilitate cross-team coordination when multiple Scrum teams are working on related products or features.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with software development teams.
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
* Must have experience working in Telecommunications.
* Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work in a hectic environment.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent certification.
* Familiarity with Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
* Background in software development or QA (is a plus).
