Position: Business Partner
Responsibilities
* Act as the strategic link between the HR area (DHO, R&S, DP) and the company business areas.
* Manage conflicts, organizational climate, and engagement; monitor organizational climate indicators.
* Implement actions to improve engagement, reduce turnover, and strengthen the company culture.
* Deliver training and analyze business indicators (turnover, absenteeism, store organizational design, store sales potential, headcount, among others).
* Support leadership and team development; identify training and development needs.
Prerequisites
* Available for 100% on-site work in São Paulo, with store visits to the company's stores.
* Willingness to travel.
* University degree completed.
* Experience with systems (RM and Fluig desirable).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Residence in São Paulo with easy access to central and southern regions.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48.
