Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for anHR & Operations Administrative Support (Independent Contractor). Responsibilities include supporting the employee lifecycle by posting job ads, assisting with hiring processes, preparing and sending contracts, onboarding new agents, managing system access, preparing and reviewing payroll, and supporting workforce performance and attendance tracking. This role will also assist with performance review coordination, employee relations support, terminations and offboarding processes, and ensuring all system access and tools are properly revoked when contracts end.
