Scrum Master Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our client's Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
The successful candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. They will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
As a Scrum Master, you will partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery. You will assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices and identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback. This role requires strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
