Responsible for leading our technology implementation and operational efforts. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of systems integration projects, while also overseeing the company's broader IT infrastructure, security, and support functions. He/she will ensure that all technology initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives, while maintaining the day-to-day health and efficiency of our IT environment.
IT Operations & Infrastructure Management:
* Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security, data integrity, and system reliability.
* Manage IT service desk and support functions to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high user satisfaction.
* Establish and manage the PMO framework, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
Team & Leadership:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, external contractors, and vendors.
* Manage resource allocation across both project and operational workstreams.
Risk & Security Management:
* Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks that may affect project implementation or IT operations.
* Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans, aligned with Group policy and procedures.
Project & Systems Integration Management:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of technology projects, including scope definition, milestone planning, timeline development, budget management, and vendor negotiations.
* Coordinate all project activities across different business areas, vendors, developers, systems analysts, and consultants.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executives, on project status, IT performance, and strategic initiatives.
* Facilitate regular meetings and prepare detailed reports to ensure transparency and accuracy of information.
* Act as a key liaison between the IT department and other business units.
Skills & Competencies:
* Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate teams, delegate effectively, and influence decisions.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, software development lifecycles, and cloud services.
* Project Management: Proven knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Negotiation: Negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in systems and IT infrastructure management, IT projects implementation, preferably within services or technology companies.
* Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure, security, and support teams.
* Strong background in team management and leading cross-functional projects.
* Advanced English is mandatory.
