As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and setting the foundation for sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
 2. Use CRM systems to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
 3. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
 4. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
 5. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
 6. Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
 7. Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.
Requirements:
 * English fluency is required.
 * A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments is necessary.
 * A proactive, accountable, and results-driven mentality is essential.
 * You must be comfortable with making outbound calls to potential clients.
 * You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
