Job Title: Experienced Project Delivery Lead
We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee the execution of complex projects within an agile environment. As the primary point of contact, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, and task tracking (Jira)
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide clear updates on project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
- Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
- Continuously improve project processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives in an agile environment
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
- Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
