RSG Brazil Location: São Paulo Client:Large international industry Position: HR Manager Brazil YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contributing to the development and design of the local personnel and organisation policy for the realisation of efficient structures and desired working climate, advising the board and management; - Managing the departments under his responsibility, giving directions and instructions to subordinates; - Supervising the correct execution of the personnel and payroll administration for blue & white collar employees; - Health and safety policy; - Coordinating activities regarding job classification; job descriptions; making proposals regarding salary increases; if necessary, coordinating/collaborating with HR International; - Recruitment and selection; in cooperation with department managers; drawing up/coordinating the induction programme (or having it drawn up); - Dismissal, coordinate all occurring cases, (co-) conduct interviews, (have) documents drawn up, coordinate with lawyer; - Union negotiations; - Contact person on behalf of regarding, Occupational health organization; - Accountants, catering company; cleaning company; pension consultant; (pension) insurance; lawyer; Temporary employment agency, government bodies, labour inspectorate, trade unions; - Contact person HR International regarding international and group matters; - Preparing and submitting the annual personnel (cost) budget; - Drafting of HR reports; making analyses, interpreting and advising; - Making an inventory of the problems presented by employees and discussing them with the management; - Informing employees about HR related issues; - Preparing (or having prepared) annual performance reviews with employees and supervising the implementation; - Keeping the (Brazil) Company Regulations up to date; - Pension; - Training; identifying and determining training need; (have) recorded in matrix; supervising the timely implementation; - Approving invoices from employment agencies, suppliers, others; - Responsible for SOX (HR/PAYROLL); - Replacing colleagues during absence.
