Clinical Support Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring user satisfaction and improving patient care in medical imaging departments. You will interact with sales, applications, and support teams across various product lines and maintain close relationships with international teams.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Training and Education: Provide training to doctors and radio technicians on the use of EI products, including IntelliSpace Portal and Artificial Intelligence.
 * Customer Satisfaction: Maximize customer satisfaction through demonstrations, training, and experience sharing.
 * Technical Support: Serve as a reference for application support for technical and project management teams.
 * Sales Support: Support the sales team during the sales process.
 * User Feedback: Share user feedback and points of improvement with the Quality and Development teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
 * AV/AI Solution Upgrade Plans: Coordinate and lead AV/AI solution upgrade plans within hospitals.
 * LATAM Installed Base Management: Manage the LATAM installed base to ensure software lifecycle compliance.
 * Project Management: Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgetary requirements specified in projects.
 * Pre-Sales Technical Studies: Participate in pre-sales technical studies to define deployment plans and estimate costs.
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Engineering, Medical Science, or equivalent.
 * DICOM Viewing Software Experience: First experience on DICOM viewing software.
 * Clinical Knowledge: Clinical knowledge, patients, interest in technique and information systems.
 * Interpersonal Skills: Dynamism, team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and pedagogy to provide exceptional service.
 * Language Skills: Fluent Portuguese speaking, advanced English speaking, and Spanish is a plus.
