Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks that align with corporate policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Support the development and periodic review of governance policies, ensuring they reflect current business needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that governance policies are communicated effectively and are understood by relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that governance policies are aligned with best practices in risk management, compliance, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CoBIT, Lean, or Six Sigma).
Examine current IT workflows to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
Create, document, and implement streamlined IT processes to enhance service delivery and boost overall operational efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate the performance of existing processes and recommend updates based on industry-leading practices.
Produce and manage detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.
Ensure all IT processes are aligned with organizational objectives and adhere to IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Desired
Experience in IT process and governance analysis or related roles.
Familiarity with process optimization and automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA).
