As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of client work. Your primary objective will be to manage internal communication and task coordination, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet client requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule and align with company standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task Management: Ensure that task trackers and/or teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Quality Control: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
