Key Account Manager for Customer Loyalty
We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to lead the development and implementation of customer loyalty solutions for LATAM markets.
* Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for loyalty initiatives.
* Creating clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in collaboration tools.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Supporting integration with Single Customer View (SCV) and ensuring data governance best practices.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
* 5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification is highly valued.
