Our client is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to support the development and implementation of Agile practices in their Product & Engineering environment. This role will involve facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting one or two Scrum teams, and partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and familiarity with SAFe.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborate with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, and be willing to learn, adapt, and evolve within Agile frameworks.
