Job Description
* Liaise with service providers and outsourced third-party contractors to maintain the office (manage contracts and agreements).
* Provide administrative support to employees in Japan, Korea, and other BRF offices worldwide.
* Coordinate with IT service providers to support office amenities like desktops, internet, phones, etc.
* Manage staff expenses, travel claims, and support travel arrangements.
* Support HR initiatives.
* Administer company insurance for staff.
* Handle mails and incoming calls.
* Purchase office supplies and stationery.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
* Manage invoicing related to office administrative and sales expenses.
* Administer office petty cash.
* Provide documentation and information to internal and external auditors.
* Follow up on benefits for local and expatriate employees, including expatriate staff settlement assistance.
* Handle prepayments to suppliers.
* Manage accounting provisions and accruals.
* Oversee assets management and control.
