A leading energy company is seeking a highly skilled professional for a temporary offshore assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design well intervention operations, including slickline, electric line (e-line), coiled tubing, stimulation, diagnostic services, and pumping operations.
Provide technical support during execution of interventions, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and environmental standards.
Coordinate logistics, equipment readiness, and contractor alignment for all offshore well activities.
Monitor wellsites, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting of operational metrics.
Participate in After Action Reviews (AAR) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate and estimate costs and timelines for intervention programs.
Maintain open communication with offshore teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Implement and enforce HSSE policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in offshore well intervention engineering.
Valid CBSP and T-HUET certifications are mandatory.
Experience with well intervention tools and techniques.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Native Portuguese language skills are an asset.
