Job Description:
1.Support Procurement Operations: Assist the procurement manager and team with order processing, vendor registration, contract management, ensuring efficient operation and smooth execution of procurement processes.
2. Optimize Internal Processes: Collaborate and communicate with various departments to optimize internal procurement processes, improving resource utilization and response speed to requirements.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting and analyzing procurement data to support decision-making, helping the team identify trends and opportunities to enhance overall procurement efficiency.
4. System Maintenance and Support: Participate in daily operations and maintenance of the procurement system, ensuring data accuracy and normal functionality, supporting the technical team in resolving temporary issues.
Requirements:
1. On site work for 6hrs/day;
2. English fluency, with strong cross-team/cross-cultural communication skills;
3. Currently pursuing a degree in administration, economics, finance or a related field with expected graduation between Dec **** and Dec ****;
4. Have business acumen and logical thinking ability is preferred;
5. Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
