We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Project Manager for our Interpretation Team.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and efficient professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a project manager, you will play a key role in ensuring clients' interpretation and market research needs are met with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will centre around three core areas: project management, client communication, and ad-hoc recruitment of specialized language professionals.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects per day, which can range from short-term tasks to long-term projects spanning several weeks. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure client expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met, and identify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions for the project.
Your top responsibility will be to identify the best linguist in our community for the client's objective, present their experience in a relevant way for the project, and constantly evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English; fluency in an additional language is a bonus
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments

Working Hours & Location
