We are Invenergy.**Job Description****Job Description** As a Wind Technician I, you will support the safe and efficient execution of field activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and technical standards.**Responsibilities:*** Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and technical standards, following established guidelines and contributing to safe field operations* Conduct safety inspections and proactively report any risks or non-conformities, following established procedures* Actively participate in safety dialogues and record at least two monthly observations in Intelex, with support from the technical team* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision, according to instructions received* Assist and support commissioning processes and major component replacements* Maintain work area organization and contribute to the continuous application of 5S principles* Accurately record activities performed in forms or systems, as instructed* Take care of tools, PPE, and materials provided, ensuring proper use* Collaborate with more experienced technicians, seeking continuous learning and technical development* Demonstrate collaborative behavior, respecting leadership and contributing to a positive work environment* Assist in onboarding new team members by providing basic guidance under supervision**Required Skills:*** Minimum age of 18* At least 1 year of experience working with wind turbines* Completed technical training in electrical, mechanical, or related fields, with active CFT registration* Strong communication skills* Availability to work at heights, under adverse weather conditions, and in high-pressure environments* Valid National Driver’s License (CNH) category B* Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and demonstrate operational discipline**Preferred Skills:*** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office* Familiarity with different wind turbine platforms* Basic English proficiency* Military experienceInvenergy drives innovation in energy.
